More Women Face Severe Affects Due To Climate Change
According to a UN report on
world population released in 2009,
climate change has affected mainly on women around the world, this report states that women are vulnerable for natural disasters, many of them represents poverty in strict countries which are not responsible for global warming activities. This was revealed by Toraya Ahamed Obed director of United Nations population information Network.
Many women farmers in the poverty in strict countries are facing severe droughts, unforeseen rainy conditions and cyclones.
Malnutrition is another major factor which is face by women in this region.
Further the report states that these women’s livelihoods are depended on areas which are vulnerable for natural disasters around the world.
