Heavy Rain Shocks Colombo
At least 1 person have been killed due to heavy rain
which shocked Colombo district recently,
Many roads went underwater while many vehicles was crushed by trees, Including damaging seven houses partially, and affecting 16,000 people in the Colombo District. Meteorological Department has warned the public about thunder strikes and lightning strikes and requested to be careful especially using electric appliances.
According to media sources further rain is expected in next 24 hours for many parts of Sri Lanka.
