1, 50,000 People Displaced Due To Floods In South America
According to reports 1, 50,000 people affected due to floods in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil. 6 people have been killed so far due to El Nino weather phenomenon which caused three major rivers to swell.This was the worst flooding hit after 50 years in the region while a state of emergency was declared in Paraguay. 20,000 people have been displaced in Northern Argentina while many people have been evacuated in Brazil and Uruguay due to floods.
