Leopard Dies In Bulathkohupitiya

The carcass of a Sri Lankan Leopard (Panthera pardus kotiya) caught in a wild boar trap was found in Bulathkohupitiya recently. Villagers complain that this leopard has been attacking domestic animals and was blamed for the disappearances of dogs in the area. Wildlife officials and veterinarians are conducting further investigations into the animal’s death
