Attorney General Submit Interim Claims To Oil Tanker
Attorney general department today submitted an interim claim of Rs.340 million to the lawyers of MT New Diamond oil tanker’s owners for the cost incurred on assistance rendered to the ship and other related matters.
According to AG department the cost incurred by all foreign and local parties to douse the fire will be claimed from ship’s owners. AG department further stated the damage caused to environment also will be assessed upon receiving reports from MEPA additionally.
