One Missing And Over 10,000 People Affected For Cyclone Burevi.
According to reports one person went missing while four others were injured due to cyclone Burevi. A total of 10, 336 persons in 2, 911 families have been placed in 79 safe locations Mannar, Jaffna, Killinochchi, Mullaitivu, Vavuniya and Trincomalee districts.According to Disaster Management Centre (DMC) 12,000 people are affected due to landfall of the cyclone Burevi in the Eastern coast of Sri Lanka. Fifteen houses were fully damaged while 192 houses were partially damaged during the cyclone.
