South east Asia’s business sector
will lead the green drive through sustainable operations
and corporate social responsibility,
said the leaders of the association of the South east Asian nations at a recent meeting held in Manila
The Asian leaders said for developing countries, the business sector’s initiative towards more environment-conscious action is a more effective method compared with the government-initiated measures, such as regulation, done in developed countries.
