7.2 Magnitude Earthquake Struck Japan
An earthquake with magnitude 7.0 occurred near Kumamoto, Kyushu, Japan at 16:25:06.20 UTC time, So far no casualties or damages has been reported. Meanwhile around 40,000 people evacuated due to the tremors and aftershocks in the area.At least nine people died when an earthquake shook southwestern Japan’s Kyushu leaving 1,000 injured late Thursday, the Kumamoto Prefecture disaster management office said.
