Death Toll Rise In Peru
According to reports more than 100 people killed due to recent floods and mudslides. Minister of transport and communication Martin Vizcarra told international media that 4000 tonnes of aid been distributed by Peruvian families and another 4000 tonnes of aid needed for upcoming months.According to minister the floods has caused lot of damages to the infrastructure in the country. So far, more than 200 bridges and more than 2,000 kilometers of highway have been wiped out due to floods. According to economists in Peru the reconstruction costs would be more than 6$ billion which will be more than 3% of gross domestic product.
