Shocks In Kandy
Minor earthquake occured Kandy District and Digana areas this morning. The epicenter was reported below the Ocean floor.
however no tsunami warnings was issued. The epicenter was reported below the Pallekele and Mahakanadarawa seismometers, with a magnitude of 2-2.5 Richter scale. It is reported that the quake was felt in the Ambakote, Digana and Kundasale areas.
