Climate Quest 2016 was successful held in London last Month, which brought together a group of leaders and influencers who are working to address climate change, in a spirit of regenerative hope and higher purpose. It is aimed at people already committed to transformation to combat climate change, as opposed to those who remain deeply sceptical or have yet to fully engage. The guest list was comprise a spectrum of proven leaders from business, global institutions and NGOs.
The Quest was an opportunity to pause, take stock and reflected on what’s most important to us – individually and collectively. It’s a chance to build on our shared responsibility and commitment to leading change. Some of us have spent decades working to address climate change and global sustainability. Others have come to this work after building successful careers in different fields. As a community we’re not typically given to focusing on the ‘software’ of the system – the quality of relationships between us, and what it takes to be personally sustainable for the long-haul.
Climate Quest 2016 was a direct call to change the traditional and which made a great success and impact has expected to the people who work in the field of climate change some of the key important topics were discussed and the quest was focused Building a common vision towards a sustainable plan that would consist of Rebuilding culture and values in a beleaguered industry, Empowering communities to challenge the status quo. Since E-waste has become a growing threat to the environment Trash to cash transforming waste to build a better future was put to the table to Regenerating a cities that which had legacy history for being clean and beautiful.
Creating long-term value and a conversation about people and purpose of changing the environment around us was another important key fact in present context that the entire world is facing today. The two day programme was organized by Leader’s Quest and We Mean Business
