Celebrating 60 Years
The Wild Life Department of Sri Lanka celebrated its 60th anniversary on 1st of October at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall.
The session was inaugurated by the Prime Minister of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Hon. Ratnasiri Wickramanayake and Minister for Natural Resources and Environment Hon. Patali Champika Ranawaka. An exhibition was also held to showcase the progress of Wild Life Department.
