Heavy Rain Hits Colombo
According to Meteorological department Colombo district has received a rainfall of 435mm for the past 24 hours, Reports indicates that this is the highest rainfall received for the past 18 years in the Colombo District.
Lot of areas have gone underwater a short while ago, while relief services are underway with the help of Sri Lanka Navy.
